When I hear the name R.B. Carter my mind quickly shifts back in time to a small house on Allen Creek where R.B. lived. There was always a passel of love and lively conversations. He had four sons living at home all of which were bringing friends in and out of the house and it seemed in R.B.'s eyes they were all supposed to be there. He never seemed to have a bad day and made sure we all had what we needed most, especially attention. A good man who bought a bible for those returning from Church camp and he signed and dated each one. I still have mine and cherish the memories from a home in the country where you always ate at the dinner table, respected one another and told the truth. I love Pop Carter and always will.

I am so sorry to hear of the death of your beloved husband, R.B. I know how he was looking forward to attending his 70th high school reunion at the Old Norman High School, where he graduated in 1948. We at NHPP, Inc. pray that you will feel God's presence in a special way and be given peace to comfort you as you learn to live without your helpmate and best friend.
